This is a really minor and non-gameplay changing bug, but I was just messing around in the end when i got an ingenious idea to spectate an enderman while it’s falling into the void which is how i found this bug.
Now there is probably other ways to achieve this but this is the easiest way:
Make an enderman fall into the void.
Spectate the enderman while it’s falling into the void.
Since, a player has less hearts than an enderman the player will die first. Which puts the player into the glitched state of showing an enderman's perspective.
Now to stop viewing the inverted colors you just need to switch to another gamemode however, changing back to the spectator mode will make you see inverted colors again. I’ve messed around with the bug and found out that you can actually have the view of an enderman in any gamemode using the gamemode switcher. If you previously used the gamemode switcher to go into spectator mode and back to creative then it’ll automatically switch to spectator mode first since that was the gamemode you were last as. And for some reason it makes a preview when skipping directly to the spectator mode option. With this in mind you can then freely choose whatever gamemode you like and you can have the view of an enderman in for example: creative mode. Although it immediately returns to normal after clicking F5 once.
