Villagers cannot be spawned by breeding at maximum height while in Bedrock Edition they can.

Analysis:

In Minecraft Bedrock Edition these can be breeding.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Put a block on layer 319 (5x5)

2. /fill ~ 319 ~ 5 319 5 dirt

3. put another block on layer 318 and put two villagers and put three beds (5x5)

4. Now raise the villager to the maximum layer of bread and let it reproduce.

Expected results:

the villagers are born.

Observed results:

The villagers no have born.
