Bug where several items' icons disappear. Bug where text is blurred and changes either black, pink, or yellow. Also a bug where all interface (like inventory and chests, as well as options and settings) is invisible.

MC-298989 - There's a similar problem here
Seems to be a problem with corruption after a while when using an Intel Graphics setup. Never used to be a problem until I updated to 1.21.6 :/
I had this exact same problem (items would visually disappear in my hotbar, and my character would sometimes not appear when opening inventory). No mods installed. Running Intel Integrated Graphics.
Are you using a modified client?
