Seems as if this new update 1.21.7 hasn’t fixed previous issues in 1.21.6??

I have had issues with the 1.21.6 update where my items seem to go invisible but still showing text and also appearing different colours (pic below), I thought this update (1.21.7) would fix this but seems to be a new issue has risen with my screen appearing yellow instantly (may be different colours during other times) will wait to see if my items also go invisible still (usually takes 10-30mins of game play). Update just then my tools turned back to normal then not even a few minutes later they go yellow again HELPPPP I’m a bit lost
