java doesn't open and is likely corrupted out of the installer

it doesn't install right and doesn't run,

symptoms: the launcher when uninstalling it to reinstall won’t let you uninstall unless you get rid of the bad files left behind for some reason which includes all java stuff

java won’t open or give error codes although installing the launcher 80073CF6 will appear and i think a similar one on xbox as well

roblox will install on both stores just fine so it is all Minecraft

i have the launcher up after some uninstalling troubleshooting but won’t let me play java and still thinks it is running and have to force close it

no other files are installed

if you want to look at the files you are more than welcome too, it is for windows 10 and that is all you realistically need to know
