Title says it all, the spawn egg looks out of place, and it’s the only spawn egg which looks like the new ones.

The Happy Ghast Spawn Egg texture with the Programmer Art resource pack doesn't use the old styled spawn egg texture like everything else

This is intentional. The happy ghast was added after the spawn egg textures got updated, so there is no old texture of it, only the new one.
