Camera fixed in place even though mouse is working and moving.

I’m not sure what provoked this but to give some context as I was mining, a soundtrack started playing (Maybe some connection?) and all of a sudden my camera was fixed in place (My mouse was moving but my camera was fixed in place) when I opened my inventory my cursor could move again, and in the game menu screen. I could still move, mine, craft and do essentially anything, it’s just that my camera was fixed. I left the game and joined back in and the problem persisted, then I closed the Minecraft launcher, opened it and joined the world – it was still fixed in place.

The problem now has occurred for all of my worlds, and I don’t know if it is on my side or it’s a Minecraft bug.
