Player desync when teleporting all users riding a happy ghast on LAN server

Tested on a LAN server - visual bug showed on the user who was not the host.

To reproduce

  1. Use at least two accounts to ride a happy ghast (tested on LAN server)

  2. Run command:

/execute as @a at @s run tp @s ~ ~ ~
  1. Notice that one user remains riding on the happy ghast despite dismounting. This effect stays until the user changes dimension/relogs/rides again

  2. Fly/walk around and rotate the head of the bugged user to see that they are moving but stuck on the happy ghast.

    1. Expected result: Users sync and all dismount together.

    2. Actual result: Users desync and some are left mounted on some user’s screens while dismounted on others.
