duplicated blocks due to incorrect game closure

how to reproduce:

1. put some blocks to your inventory and save your progress by clicking escape or waiting for autosave

2. place these blocks

3. use task manager to close the game

when you reload the game, your progress will be reversed, but the placed blocks will not
