Removing items from a shelf uses the "Item placed" caption

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Place any type of Shelf

2. Enable Closed Captions in accessibility/audio settings

3. Place an item on the shelf

4. Take it out with an empty hand

Observed Results:
The “Item placed” caption is used for both placing and removing items from the Shelf.

Expected Results:
The “Item placed” is not used when taking an item out of a shelf.
