[MC-300258] Summoning a Copper Golem with a waxed copper block doesn't make it spawn waxed

When I summon a Copper Golem using a waxed copper block, neither the chest nor the golem spawn waxed. I'm not sure if this is intentional, but I believe it might be a bug
