The world loading screen no longer has a percentage

Sometimes characters don’t load properly and it isn’t rare either so it could just be that. Reloading resource packs with F3 + T would fix it if that were the case. I would launch the game and see if the bug still exists.

However, this issue is Working as Intended. 
Loading bar was introduced in the snapshot 25w31a and replaces the loading percentage.

Please note, that mechanics of the game may change between updates. 

Things such as graphics, sounds, world creation, biomes, redstone, villagers, and animals may not work the same in current versions.
