When the shelf with item in hand or in slot,the item on the shelf will not display

How to Reproduce:

1. Place a shelf block.

2. Put any item on the shelf.

3. Use Ctrl+”Pick Block” to get the shelf with item.

4. Hold it in hand or observe it in slot.

You can also use command to get the shelf with item.

Expected result:

The items on the shelf will display in hand or slot.

Actual result:

Only shelf itself display.
