Copper golems and chests summoned with waxed copper blocks are not waxed

The copper golems and their copper chests summoned with waxed copper blocks, including other variants of waxed copper blocks, are not waxed.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Summon a copper golem with waxed copper, waxed exposed copper, waxed weathered copper, or waxed oxidized copper

2. Enable looking_at_block debug option

3. Point your crosshair to the summoned copper chest and check its namespace ID on the debug screen, which is supposed to be the corresponding waxed variant but it is not

4. Run /data get entity @n[type=copper_golem] next_weather_age, which should be negative but has a positive value
