Items on shelves on Java render smaller than on Bedrock.

When you place items on a shelf in Java edition, the items render smaller than they do on Bedrock. This makes items harder to see from a distance as well as less useful when decorating. It is also out of parity with Bedrock’s version of the shelf, which was released first.

Steps to reproduce this issue:
1. Place an item into a shelf.

1. Compare with the size of the item on a shelf in Bedrock edition.

Expected result:

• The item will be the same size as in Bedrock.

Actual result:

• The item is smaller by comparison.
