When attempting to attach an adult mob to a baby mob using a Lead, the Lead will not attach both mobs together if the adult is attached first. This occurs across all mobs with baby variants that can be leashed.
To Reproduce:
Right Click adult mob to attach Lead
Shift + Right Click baby mob
Expected Result:
The adult mob should be attached to the baby mob
Actual Result:
The mobs will not attach to each other.

We are tracking this issue in MC-296909, so this ticket is being resolved and linked as a duplicate.
