The upper "belt" portion of leggings (the waist area that should render above the legs on the player and mobs) is not being displayed. Only the leg portions of the leggings texture appear, while the belt around the waist is missing. This issue affects all leggings textures.
Steps to reproduce:
Equip any leggings on a player or mob.
Observe the model in third-person or inventory; the belt/waist area of the leggings is not rendered, only the leg parts show.
Expected behavior:
The leggings' belt section should render around the waist as usual, above the legs and around the torso.
Observed behavior:
The leggings’ belt section is entirely invisible; only the leggings on the legs are displayed.
