The replace block functionality doesn't work with large copper chests properly.

Steps To Reproduce Issue

  1. Place a large copper chest.

  2. Take a copper chest of a different oxidation level and/or waxed state than the large copper chest.

  3. Replace one block of the large chest with the held one (using both the interact and break buttons on it simultaneously).

Expected Result

The chests should separate if their states do not match.

Actual Result

The held copper chest's oxidation and waxed state override that of the large chest on these criteria (if neither condition is met, the held chest is not placed (but the break particles and place sound play). The conditions can both be active simultaneously):

  1. If the held chest has a lower oxidation level than the large chest, the held chest’s oxidation state replaces that of the whole large chest.

  2. If the held chest is unwaxed and the large chest is waxed, the resulting large chest will be unwaxed.

Environment

Vanilla (with no resource packs and no datapacks)
