The Bug:

The maximum framerate in the main menu is always capped at 60 FPS, regardless of the “Max Framerate” setting.

Steps to Reproduce:

  1. Navigate to your video settings and change the “Max Framerate” option to “Unlimited”.

  2. Hit F3 + F5 to option the “Debug Options” menu, and set the “fps” option to “Always”.

  3. Go to the main menu and observe your FPS in the top left corner of your screen.

Observed Behavior:

The maximum framerate is always capped at 60 FPS.

Expected Behavior:

The maximum framerate would be capped based on the “Max Framerate” setting.
