Picking up obsidian block with bundle does not grant "Ice Bucket Challenge" advancement

Played in vanilla survival with some datapacks (don’t think they affected anything here), grabbed obsidian with a bundle out of a chest, then placed bundle in inventory. Only once I took the obsidian out of the bundle (which was already placed in my inventory) did I get the advancement.
