Unnecessary block variations in the redstone block tab

In the redstone blocks tab, variations of the lightning rod and all types of shelves appeared. Other blocks that are in the redstone tab and have variations, such as buttons, boats, copper lamps, etc., were presented as one block with a unique functionality. For example, in this tab there is a oak boat and a bamboo boat because they have different hitboxes, but there are not all variations of the boat. It is necessary to leave only the oak shelf and the wax lightning rod by analogy with other blocks in this tab
