Random FPS drops?

In this report I will be talking about something that has been happening for a while

Ever since i started using minecraft again (may 2025) I have ran good FPS like usual (100-165 usually).My problem is that there is randomly huge FPS drops. These go down to 1 FPS to 7 FPS, but it only happens for a couple minutes.

This video is on the server Hypixel, but on every version of minecraft ive played recently, even on Multiplayer, Singleplayer, etc.

The video also only shows the FPS drop at the very end. i stopped the recording when it started to drop.

This really annoys me because i usually do PVP like i have always done, and this just basically loses me every game. I dont know why this has started happening but ive been really frustrated with it.

I also have an FPS counter in the top right, and it shows my problem

One more thing, this happens on all clients, i have tried the original Minecraft Launcher, Lunar Client, Feather Client, etc. I really just dont get whats going on with my game.
