[MC-300773] The debug overlay remains clearly visible in the game menu and main menu after exiting.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Open Minecraft Java Edition snapshot 25w32a.
2. Enter a world and press F3 to enable the debug overlay.
3. Press Esc to go to the game menu, or quit the game.

Expected Behavior (Seen in 1.21.8)

The F3 debug info blurs in the menu and disappears after exiting.

Actual Behavior (In 25w32a)

The F3 debug overlay stays fully visible in the menu and after quitting.

Those tickets have already been resolved as Works As Intended, which means this is not considered a bug and will not be fixed. Please do not leave a comment on the linked tickets.
