[MC-300909] Copper Golem do not update blocks around chest when putting items in

When a copper golem puts any item/block in a chest, the expected behaviour is that any redstone components (e.g. comparator) update their signal strength. Instead, only when the player manually replaces the content in the chest, blocks around the chest do update.
