Clocks function in the recipe book/villager/crafter UI

Clock works in the Recipe Book and Villager trade UI, unlike intended. The Clock item displays the accurate time of day without having crafted/obtained it. Compass and Recovery Compass work as intended.

To Replicate:

1: Unlock the recipe/trade for Clock

2: View displayed Clock

Expected Result:

Clock randomly twirls giving no accurate read

Actual Result:

Clock gives accurate time (in overworld)
