[MC-301014] Bug jumping over the water

By moving forward and jumping into the water in front of a block that is located in the player's face, the player will keep jumping without pressing any button.

Environment

It happened to me at a local water level in a cave of the wasteland biome.

The attached video is very hard to make out. Please attach another video of you reproducing the issue, where the result is more easy to view and reproduce. This could be done by creating a new creative world, and recreating what happened.
