So sometimes when i played minecraft java any version 1.20-1.21 control sensitivity suddently became slow

This affects my gameplay a lot. The mouse suddently turns very slow. It’s not mouse problem or pc no it’s the game itself. Doesn’t matter if java is updated or if laptop is restarted the proplem still accures. It happens like in mid game, exiting minecraft and reentering doesn’t help. When i checked sensitivity in settings it’s not changed but when i turn it seems like it’s in slow mo. Not it’s not tick speed issue cuz it appeared before that update.
