When you start flying in the last Snapshot in creative and you leave the game and re-enter your world the flight resets and you fall to the ground, I tested it in 1.21.6 which is the version I normally play and the flight does not reset, I also tested in version 1.21.8 and it also works correctly and this problem can be frustrating.
