The bug

Glow lichen, vines, and sculk veins appear strangely on copper golems' heads due to the model having all direction states set to false.

Steps to reproduce

Execute one of the following commands to summon a copper golem with glow lichen, a vine, or a sculk vein in its head slot.

summon minecraft:copper_golem ~ ~ ~ {equipment:{head:{id:"minecraft:glow_lichen"}},NoAI:1b}
