[MC-301111] End Portal Frame not being broken

when you break an end portal the portal doesnt get destroyed, how it normally would be like. This too effects the trick where you break the frames using a red mushroom

MC-301383 After building an end portal and adding enough eyes to light you can destory the frame blocks and the portal will still work Resolved

Please provide clear and exact steps to reproduce this issue. Additionally, I would appreciate you better distinguishing between end portal frames and end portals in the first part of your report.
