Redirecting ghast fireballs/wind charges with explosions doesn't keep players ownership

The Bug:

If player manages to explode tnt in order to redirect a ghast fireball or a wind charge, they wont count as kills for the owner of the explosion, in this case the player. Currently only direct hit and getting hit by another projectile will transfer ownership to them.

Even if the fireball did already had a owner before, and get redirected by the same owner, if will erase the fireball owner data and wont count as kill.

Steps to Reproduce:

  1. Create a new super flat world

  2. /teleport @p 0 ~ 0 -90 0.0

  3. /give @p netherite_sword[enchantments={"minecraft:looting":255}] 1

  4. /summon minecraft:wither_skeleton ~10 ~ ~10 {NoAI:1b,Health:1f}

  5. /summon minecraft:fireball ~10 ~ ~

  6. /data get entity @p UUID (For the player UUID)

  7. /summon minecraft:tnt ~10 ~ ~-5 {OwnerUUID:"<player UUID>"}

Observed Behavior:

Wither skeleton dies due to the fireball but player doesn’t get the kill, neither the monster hunter advancement and the wither skeleton doesn’t drop as many drops as it should with such a sword

First video shows what happens when reproduced

Expected Behavior:

Wither skeleton should die and drop a lot of items, player should get the advancement monster hunter and it should count towards the mob kill count

Second video shows what the expected behavior would be
