Music stops and restarts when trying to connect to a server when the music frequency is set to constant

Steps to reproduce the issue

1. Set Music Frequency to “Constant”

2. Connect to a server

Expected result
A music track playing only for a few seconds does not seem to be intended behavior. It appears that if music should play during the connection at all, it should continue the previous track instead of stopping and starting a new one.

Actual result
When the Music Frequency is set to “Constant,” music from the main menu will stop and a new song will briefly start playing while connecting to a server. Setting Show Music Toast to “On” makes this more apparent.
