Steps to Reproduce:

1. Start mining a block.

2. While the block is still being mined, save and quit the world.

3. Open another world and go to the same coordinates.

Expected Result:
The block in the new world should appear normal.

Actual Result:
The block at the same coordinates appears with the cracked texture for a while, even though it is not being mined.
