25w32a+ , not fixed yet . when an entity executes the “/rotate” its momentum/motion is multiplied by absurd amounts, more noticable with a ticking command where it doesn’t stop, making you move insanely fast for ever while not applying any movement input.
Environment
"/rotate @s ~10 ~" + moving/motion = AMPLIFIES YOUR MOMENTUM/MOTION INSANELY.
