Copper golem has shorter vertical chest reach in Java

In Bedrock Edition, copper golems can reach containers that are one layer above and below them. In Java Edition, copper golems can only reach containers on their same layer.

The Java Edition behavior makes copper golems practically useless for sorting items into player storage systems, which is the entire purpose of copper golems, so it can be assumed that the Java Edition behavior is unintentional and should be replaced with the Bedrock Edition behavior.
