The formatting symbol § can no longer be pasted into written books.

Ok so after upgrading to the most recent version from 1.21.1, I have discovered that text formatting is completely broken. Usually in books you can paste the § symbol to utilize bold, italic, colored, and more kinds of text. But now pasting it in just doesn't work. This is a niche but INCREDIBLY useful tool I’ve used for years and I literally can’t see any reason this would be removed other than a bug. Also, it is important to note that books written prior to the update keep the symbol, new ones just cannot be pasted in. After further testing in a creative world, it still doesn't work. So it isn't an OP thing either. I know for certain many Minecraft map makers use this tool so it definitely should be fixed asap.
