The Bug:

The mouse cursor doesn’t retain its resize shape when adjusting slider values or scrollbar positions if it is not directly hovering over the said element.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Navigate to your video settings.

2. Begin adjustin the value of any slider.

3. Drag your mouse cursor outside the range of the element.

Observed Behavior:

The mouse cursor doesn’t retain its resize shape.

Expected Behavior:

The mouse cursor would retain its resize shape.
