Copper golems no longer sort items when in minecarts

Observed Results:
Copper Golem no longer sorts items when he is sitting in a Minecart (since version 25w34a)

Expected Results:
The Copper Golem should be able to sort items, when he is siting in the Minecart and when he can reach the chests from the Minecart (like in version 25w33a or before)
