Cursor does not change to the "hand" shape when hovering over world in Select World screen

Steps to reproduce:

1. Open Select World screen

2. Hover over a world

3. Cursor does not change to be “hand” shape

Inconsistent with new behaviour when hovering with cursor over buttons
