You can start text selection outside of some textboxes

The bug:

If you drag your mouse above some textboxes, the text will get selected.

This affects:

• Chat textbox

• Creative inventory search textbox

• Anvil rename textbox

Steps to reproduce:

1. Open chat.

2. Type something.

3. Drag the LMB above the textbox.

4. Observe that the text gets selected.

Note: When using the anvil or inventory, you need to click on the textbox first.

Observed behavior:

Text gets selected.

Expected behavior:

You shouldn't be able to select text outside of the textbox.
