You can start text selection outside of some textboxes

The bug:

If you drag your mouse above some textboxes, the text will get selected.

This affects:

• Chat textbox (fixed in 1.21.9 Pre-Release 1)

• Creative inventory search textbox

• Anvil rename textbox

Steps to reproduce:

1. Open the creative inventory.

2. Select the search tab.

3. Type something.

4. Click on the text.

5. Drag the LMB above the textbox.

6. Observe that the text gets selected.

Observed behavior:

Text gets selected.

Expected behavior:

You shouldn't be able to select text outside of the textbox.
