Steps to reproduce the issue
Open the debug screen on the title screen.
Expected results
The message "[F3+3] Bandwidth + Ping visible/hidden" should not exist, or at least keep hidden status.
Actual results
The message "[F3+3] Bandwidth + Ping visible/hidden" exists and changes its status when F3+3 is pressed, but no chart is displayed.

Please note, that mechanics of the game may change between updates.
Things such as graphics, sounds, world creation, biomes, redstone, villagers, and animals may not work the same in current versions.
