A useless message in the debug screen when on the title screen

Steps to reproduce the issue

• Open the debug screen on the title screen.

Expected results

• The message "[F3+3] Bandwidth + Ping visible/hidden" should not exist, or at least keep hidden status.

Actual results

• The message "[F3+3] Bandwidth + Ping visible/hidden" exists and changes its status when F3+3 is pressed, but no chart is displayed.
