when in-between two blocks on the z axis rain and snow will not appear. when you are on only one block on the z axis rain and snow will appear. rain and snow visibility does not change depending on the x axis

Don't get it.
It's raining, regardless where I am on the Z axis.

Please provide screenshots to explain that issue.
