A Copper Golem can transfer 16 items every 120 ticks, or 1 item every 7.5 ticks, faster than the Hopper's rate of 1 item every 8 ticks. Ideally the Copper Golem’s animation of looking inside a Chest should last 64 ticks, resulting in a item transfer rate of 1 item every 8 ticks, identical to Hoppers.
