[MC-30187] Everytime I hit someone with a random item there is a sharpness particle effect

I hit my friend with a pufferfish and there was a sharpness particle effect and I thought it was only with the pufferfish then I hit him with a fishing rod and the same thing happened

To Perform the bug hit someone with a random item.

Are you sure that you're playing with 13w36b (both players and server) ?
That was fixed with MC-29478.

Please force a crash by pressing F3 + C for 10 seconds while in-game and attach the crash report ([minecraft|http://hopper.minecraft.net/help/finding-minecraft-data-folder]/crash-reports/crash-<DATE>-client.txt) here.
