The debug hotkeys for SmartCull (F3 + L) and SectionVisibility (F3 + V) conflict with regular hotkeys

The SmartCull and SectionVisibility hotkeys are coded to use the same hotkeys as the profiling (F3 + L) and client version info hotkeys (F3 + V). This makes the profiling and client version info hotkeys inaccessible while the debug hotkeys are enabled.

This could be fixed by changing the hotkeys for SmartCull and SectionVisibility.

How to reproduce:

1. Start the game with the JVM arguments -DMC_DEBUG_ENABLED=true -DMC_DEBUG_HOTKEYS=true.

2. Join a world or server.

3. Press F3 + L or F3 + V.
