Crash when adding blocks to #lightning_rods and summoning a lightning over it

Steps to Reproduce

1. Add the attached datapack.

2. Place an end rod.

3. Set weather to thunder.

4. Strike it with a Channeling trident.

Expected Result

Thunder roars.

Actual Result

Server crashes.
