Ambient lighting in the Nether appears discolored compared to previous versions

In 1.21.9 pre-release 2 (and possibly before), “dark” areas in the Nether appear to have colder blueish shading, closer to dark areas in the overworld at night than the warmer tones in 1.21.8 and earlier.
