The Bug:
Chat renders behind the F3 debug menu contents.
This makes it moderately difficult to see what you’re typing when the F3 graphs are visible. This was not an issue in prior versions of the game.
Steps to Reproduce:
Load into a world and press F3+2 to make the FPS and TPS graphs visible.
Start typing something in chat and take note of how the chat is rendered while the FPS and TPS graphs are visible.
Observed Behavior:
Chat renders behind the F3 debug menu contents
Expected Behavior:
Chat would render above the F3 debug menu contents, just like how it did in prior versions of the game.

In practice this is extremely annoying; now i need to either type blind or close the debug charts every time before typing in chat. I can’t think of any justification for it to be this way, other than “it happened to work out this way when we made F3 work in menus and fixing it would feel like a hack”. That’s not WAI, that’s won’t fix because muh clean code that does the wrong thing.
