Night vision appears to no longer be brighter on higher brightness settings in 1.21.9 and 1.21.10. This leads to more visual glitches/inconsistencies when it comes to block lighting or light sources (such as the banners in the provided screenshots) making the game look darker and arguably worse than how it was in previous versions.
