When the key bind for toggling the debug overlay is rebound to a typeable key, the keybind is invoked even when a text box is focused

I rebound the debug key to V, since my keyboard lacks F-keys. Typing “v” while typing a message in chat, or on a sign (including hanging signs), causes keybind invocation.

How to reproduce:

1. Go to the key binds menu.

2. Bind “Toggle overlay” to a letter on the keyboard.

3. Join a world.

4. Open the chat.

5. Press the letter you bound the key to.
